Update Allocations via Import

Below is an example that updates Lease Allocations via import. The procedure issimilar for the other Lease object types: Lease Payment Allocations, Critical Dates, and Legal Parties.

1. Navigate to a Lease home page with an existing Allocation.

2. Scroll down to the Allocations section. Click the View drop-down menu and select New View. In the pop-up window that opens, select Bulk NO. from Available Columns and click the right arrow to add it to Selected Columns.

   Click Save to close and return to Allocations.

3. In the Import pop-up window, make the following selections:

   • Lease Allocations Import type

   • Format type (.csv, .xml, .xls, .xlsx).
